New build of two townhouses

In the Inner West Melbourne suburb of West Footscray, on a site where a run down double brick Edwardian once sat, we have constructed two new townhouses.

This one is a special project featuring recycled materials from the demolished house which have been carefully reused, moved, integrated and magically presented as old parts to a new and modern looking set of houses. Sustainable and eco-friendly materials and features are everywhere from double glazed windows, extra insulation, skylights for natural light, ‘all electric’ houses with heat pumps for heating, induction cooktops for cooking and efficient electric split systems for heating and cooling. Solar panels help reduce energy usage further when combined with these features and cross ventilation and fresh air was carefully considered.

These two beauties are now complete and awaiting a professional photo shoot to show them off in all their glory.
